Very good customer service

There were a few frustrating mistakes in my original order (missing cables, etc) but these were rectified quickly and without quibble and the item itself now works flawlessly.

They do need to change their heavy-handed courier though!

Excellent PC. Incredibly easy to set up, connect the cables and turn it on and you are ready to go. Very stylish case and a lovely wide screen monitor. Keyboard and Mouse are good quality too. You should have zero concerns about buying. Everything has a quality feel and look to it. I added extra Ram and the PC is super fast. I could not be happier with my purchase.

Gaming pc customer experience

Ok so i ordered a gaming pc and had said to james i was hoping to play fortnite and stream as well, in the end the pc couldnt do both, this was largely due to the spec i choose and ultimately i needed a much higher spec pc to perform these activities at the same time... however, the awesome customer service i recieved and helpfulness from james along the way was first class. For just playing the game the pc worked well for fortnite and league of legends, however struggled with cod warzone. As i said though, customer service was brilliant and although in the end i returned the pc it was a flawless service from start to finish.
