Gaming PC Warranty (3 Years)
All WJMTech gaming PCs are protected by our comprehensive 3-year Return-to-Base (RTB) warranty, designed to provide long-term reliability and peace of mind.
Warranty coverage includes:
Year 1
- Full parts and labour coverage
- Faulty components will be repaired or replaced at no cost
Years 2–3
- Labour coverage included
- Fault diagnosis and professional repair provided
- Replacement components, if required, are chargeable
If a repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement component or system of equivalent performance and quality.
All systems are professionally assembled, fully stress-tested, and supported by our UK-based technical team.
Refurbished Product Warranty (12 Months)
All refurbished products are covered by our standard 12-month Return-to-Base (RTB) warranty.
Under this warranty, WJMTech will:
- Repair any hardware fault not caused by accidental damage or misuse
- Replace the device with equivalent quality if repair is not possible
- Provide reliable after-sales technical support
This warranty ensures you can purchase refurbished equipment with complete confidence.
General Warranty Terms (Applies to All Products)
- Warranty is Return-to-Base (RTB)
- Customer is responsible for arranging return shipping to WJMTech
- Items must be securely packaged for transit
- Warranty excludes accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modification
- Warranty is non-transferable unless agreed
Unauthorised Modifications and Overclocking
This warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by unauthorised modification, including (but not limited to) manual overclocking, BIOS modification, voltage adjustments, or installation of unsupported firmware.
Systems configured and supplied by WJMTech are fully tested for stability at their shipped settings. Any instability, damage, or component failure resulting from user modification or operation outside manufacturer specifications is not covered under warranty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
