Does everything arrive pre-built and ready to use?
Yes, All our Gaming PC's, Desktops and Laptops are pre-built and tested before shipping. All items will arrive ready to plug in and use immediately.
Can I request a different spec than is advertised?
Yes, you are welcome to call/email us to discuss any specific upgrades or changes you require. We can accomodate most requests for different parts.
What type of payments do you accept?
Paypal, Google Pay and most card types are accepted. We can also issue invoices for customized orders which have bank details available for payment.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your Item arrives damaged or with any issues, please get in touch via live chat, email, or phone. We are here to assist you with troubleshooting and can securely access your device remotely to diagnose the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we’ll arrange to collect the device and either repair it promptly or provide a replacement if a repair isn’t possible.

What does the warranty cover?

What’s in the box?
All goods arrive with the necessary power / display cables required. All our items are plug and play, ready to use on arrival. We do all the installation and testing prior to dispatch, so you don’t need anything else.
How is the battery life on refurbished laptops?
As part of our refurbishment process, we thoroughly test the batteries to ensure they hold a charge when the laptop is plugged in. If any battery does not meet our standards during testing, we will replace it with a new one.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed before 11am are typically shipped the same day and should arrive within 2-3 days. If you select Next Day shipping at checkout, your order will arrive the day after it is dispatched.
