Pc arrived ahead of schedule, set it all up and it didnt work, but the customer service team were very quick to respond and it was damaged in transit. We got it sent back to us in perfect condition and a free upgrade for the trouble. We are delighted with the pc and couldn't fault the process of the customer service we received.

Some stress

Ordered for a Christmas present along with mouse and keyboard ready for Christmas morning however the mouse and the keyboard were missing and nothing open to buy for him again so this present was useless and my son was a bit annoyed. I was refunded but that wasn't the issue it was the fact he couldn't use his new PC.

Good customer service.

Delivery was prompt and ahead of schedule, the tower did arrive with two damaged feet, so was sent back with no quibbles, return label was sent to me along with instructions on how to return with good communication.

Received unit back within a week, feet stuck back on, booted up tower, initially had an error message, but this was because one of the six pin plugs to the graphics card was not plugged in or became unplugged, and it was a quick fix (less than 5mins).

All in all the unit is as advertised and is in fine working order, no issues with it so far and it's running everything I want smoothly with the knowledge there is a 1 year warranty on it as well. Would recommend.

The minor issues with the feet, and the graphics card plug are the only thing stopping a five star rating.
