Pc arrived ahead of schedule, set it all up and it didnt work, but the customer service team were very quick to respond and it was damaged in transit. We got it sent back to us in perfect condition and a free upgrade for the trouble. We are delighted with the pc and couldn't fault the process of the customer service we received.
