Does everything arrive pre-built and ready to use?
Yes, All our Gaming PC's, Desktops and Laptops are pre-built and tested before shipping. All items will arrive ready to plug in and use immediately.

Can I request a different spec than is advertised?
Yes, you are welcome to call/email us to discuss any specific upgrades or changes you require. We can accomodate most requests for different parts.

What type of payments do you accept?

What’s in the box?
All goods arrive with the necessary power / display cables required. All our items are plug and play, ready to use on arrival. We do all the installation and testing prior to dispatch, so you don’t need anything else.

How is the battery life on refurbished laptops?
As part of our refurbishment process, we thoroughly test the batteries to ensure they hold a charge when the laptop is plugged in. If any battery does not meet our standards during testing, we will replace it with a new one.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed before 11am are typically shipped the same day and should arrive within 2-3 days. If you select Next Day shipping at checkout, your order will arrive the day after it is dispatched.

All refurbished products purchased from WJMTech are covered by our standard one-year Return to Base (RTB) warranty, providing you with peace of mind and reliable support.

Under this warranty, we will:

• Replace the item with one of equivalent quality if a repair is not possible.
• Refund the purchase price if the item cannot be repaired or replaced, provided it is returned in the same condition as received.
