A MATX case designed with a black, plastic anti-dust front panel embraces 2 large RGB strips in the shape of the number 7. Poor service

Very poor service, ordered a gaming PC which arrived faulty, called the helpline at 12.30 lunchtime,I was asked to send some photos in, did so , asked for more which I did then heard nothing back, called emailed in office hours several times but nobody answered the phone or email. spoke to someone the next working day, sent details to return, I sent this back the same day then a had to wait for a part to be delivered and fixed even though the same PC was advertised on the website as available, this is not something that should have been fixed when faulty on the first day of ownership, I was promised delivery on the Monday when I chased to confirm what time it would be delivered I was told it would now be the Tuesday, if I haven’t chased this nobody would have told me. My PC got delivered on May 26th and only returned ( repaired not exchanged) on the 8th June, this was for a child’s birthday who was very disappointed. I have emailed expressing my dissatisfaction with the service but am yet to receive a response, again I have chased this.
